Sorry for nagging you... Do you think she has potential to win this year's Best Actress award?

No problem.

She has put in a lot of hard work in the movie which is visible. I can't comment on best actor award because I don't know what am I comparing her performance to.

Just finished watching movie.i cant say i loved it there was something which is missing in mary kom the director was not experienced enough to make a film on THE MARY KOM .the dialogues are melodramatic sometimes
but what saved the movie is the actors priyanka she worked hard and it shows very few actress have the guts to take this kind of role the actor who played the husband is good too
but this movie lacks what chaq de had and no its not srk because pc is good maybe its shimit amin

Hmmm...Biopics are hard and I have BMB still in my mind and can't help comparing, so here goes.

I loved, loved, loved PC, but expected the movie to be more gritty, gory ? IDK, but certainly expected it to be more authentic is the word I would use. It seemed very filmi, while BMB seemed more realistic.

The difference between a Rakesh Om Prakash Mehra and a first time director are clearly, clearly visible and glaring in the overall handling. I really wished the stories about SLB shadow directing and micro managing the film were true. I certainly felt if SLB had directed it, would have been a different film.

I expected to love the film more from the trailer, did not. I had a better reaction to the trailer. But I loved PC and that was as expected. So mixed bag.
