All Time Highest Single Day Collections: Bollywood box office

Singham Returns has collected Rs 32.09 crore on its opening day at the box office, the 8th highest single day and the 4th highest first day collections of all time! Ajay Devgn has become only the 5th actor to collect more than 30 crores on a single-day after Salman Khan, Shahrukh Khan, Hrithik Roshan and Aamir Khan (in that order).

Aamir's Dhoom 3 is the only film to collect more than 30 crore on a non-holiday and also for three consecutive days - which is a massive achievement!

The 30 crore mark has been surpassed 9 times now and all movies released were after August 15th 2012 (exactly 2 years ago), when Ek Tha Tiger became the first film to collect 30 crore or more.

Aamir and Salman have crossed the 30 cr mark thrice, Shahrukh twice, Hrithik and Ajay once.

Dhoom 3 - 38.03 (third day)
Dhoom 3 - 36.22 (first day, non-holiday)
Krrish 3 - 35.91 (fourth day)
Dhoom 3 - 33.36 (second day, non-holiday)
Chennai Express - 33.12 crore (first day)
Ek Tha Tiger - 32.92 crores (first day)
Chennai Express - 32.5 crore (third day)
Singham Returns - 32.09 crore (first day)
Kick - 30.18 crore (third day)

1.) Before King Khan's CE, Rohit-Ajay could give maximum 13 Cr opening, after CE, both are giving 30+ Opening.

2.) King Khan's CE Day 1 is bigger than Rohit-Ajay's SR.

Kareena Kapoor may not be very outspoken about her fashion, but the actress is certainly a muse for designer Ritu Kumar.

Award winning veteran fashion designer Ritu Kumar, two of whose creations have been worn by Kareena Kapoor in a song from "Singham Returns", says the actress is a "perfect muse" for her designs.

In the song "Kuch toh hua hai" from "Singham Returns", which released Friday, Kareena is seen flaunting ethnic yet contemporary outfits from the Ritu Kumar Label collection.

"Kareena is the style icon for a young Indian woman who can marry the stylistic nuances of traditional wear with a contemporary twist. She is a perfect Ritu Kumar muse," Kumar told IANS.

Talking about the actress' look in the song, she added: "Kareena is wearing two of the most trendy outfits from the Ritu Kumar Label collection. These are young , fun and fit into the mood of the generation next in India. The skirt is a blend of an authentic classical design of the shamiana designs, styled in a mix match of prints, panelled and pleated for a full and fun silhouette which Kareena carries off very well."

In Rohit Shetty's much-awaited action entertainer "Singham Returns", Kareena Kapoor is seen sharing screen space with Ajay Devgn.
