Oh, and other actors don't shake their bodies. DP did with with Dum Maaro Dum and it was an epic fail. 😛 You need talent to do western dance as well.

No one is saying other actresses don't dance or anything they do but Kat's entire career revolves around dancing. Other than hit item songs what has she contributed to the Indian cinema? Any path-breaking performances? Nope. 😛

There are a lot of people that should be there before her and I saw someone mention Naseeruddin Shah, Sridevi and others, you know what they may not be as popular but their one performance has contributed more than Kat's entire filmography.

As for being popular if you look at twitter and tumblr and other places I see PC, DP, Anushka even Sonam being popular, there is no way to measure it so being popular applies to all of them.

Anyway good for Kat and her fans.

Thats strange coz others were allowed, maybe do it later ..but my main point is that they will choose not based on voting only !! But it may give an insight who people most crazy to see!!
