Oh was he? Good for him...see media already focuses on him a lot. This would be even more and no parent would want that.

I ready that Wadias are desperate for an out-of-court settlement..I think it will probably happen. I don't think even PZ wants to drag it out...or even if she does, she is not that powerful.

Yeah ex-lovers tiff, when he usually traveled with the entourage of females since they broke up. Doubt she would go green for a 23 year old girl who he met during the tournament.

It would be impossible to earn jail term for this case, considering no witness is testifying.

Sad, he got away with a brawl in S.Africa too .

How will it be treated seriously...if strong women like Preity will let it go...

Yes the rich and famous get away...and I would say that its better that one doesn't make such cases that they won't follow up to the end and get the culprit punished...because this will be an example for all the rich brats that they can get away with whatever if they have money...either don't file a complaint or if u do...follow up...This wasn't a spur of the moment complaint to the police...She took 3 weeks to think it over and then file the complaint...she was well aware of how rich and powerful Ness is...who better than her to know the ins and outs of the Wadias...and yet she filed a complaint knowing what she is getting into...and it would be a shame if she settles it out of court...If Ness has done wrong he should be punished...if not he should be let go with a clean chit...

Like I said I get your point as well as the other member point, leave it. I don't think the member you're defending is any saint. I had seen that member posts. As far as salman is concern, Bachans reaction should be enough to know what happen and what didn't! So let's forget it.

This topic is not about salman so at least respect that.

just gonna go bit off topic here, but just a thought.

we say india this, india that..but imagine if amrica's CNN had this case in their hands.

right now, helicopters will be hovering over ness's mansion, his and preitys each and every move will be closely montiored, their body language to their looks will be dissected with a highly qualifed team at CNN.

and then they will bring nancy in, who will give a killer name to this ness.

i wonder anything happening in india right now...any live broadcast???

😆sometimes i think this cnn is waiting for some major action to take place, koi plane gayab ho, koi oj simpson gets chased, beiber gets high and slaps obama...bass ratings chahiye...

now back to top now bri...

Stop bringing salman here as he's not related to the case. This topic is not about salman. It's about preity and that kid.

I just asked for your opinion, since you felt so strongly against Ness for abusing a woman. Salman did that to several women. So was curious how you felt about it.

I was expecting an answer that you feel the same way for Salman but like him for his movies. But looks like you're not ready to admit it and are trying to sidestep it, which is predictable of a Salman fan.

And I know this topic is about Preity and that kid, but in general we're discussing abuse in Bollywood as well, we generally do that in many topics here. So why the strict rules all of a sudden. There is no hard and fast rule that we cannot digress even a little here. Moreover abuse in Bollywood is pertinent to this discussion. But like I said, it's okay for you to not clarify. I was just wondering.

I am talking abt the physical fight comment by the Wadia source... Its not a big deal in India... Thats considered a very trivial issue.

Regarding her complain... why shouldn't she complain and make it public when things go overboard. Atleast next time, do baar sochegaa Ness kissi ladki pe haat uthane se pehle ya before giving out gaalis...

Regarding the withdrawal of the complain, the Wadias may have pestered her to withdraw the complain and knowing how powerful these Wadias are she may have felt the best way is to get out of this, knowing how well the Indian judiciary works.
