Oh by the way look at what the director is saying now. Yesterday, never approached her...today he's saying they are still in talks. Which one is it. I guess the jokes are not on Kareena after all. Just like I said..he didn't want to say he approached Kareena just in case she refused to do the film.

Bollywood filmmaker Bejoy Nambiar is excited to team up with Amitabh Bachchan for the first time for his untitled film, which also stars Farhan Akhtar.


Nambiar, who is behind critically acclaimed films Shaitan and David, said he is yet to start production of the movie.


"I cannot talk much about my new project right now, but the film will be produced by Vidhu Vinod Chopra and stars Amitabh Bachchan and Farhan Akhtar in it. I am quite excited to work with Bachchan. He is one of the biggest stars of our industry," Nambiar said.


The name of the leading lady of the film has not been disclosed but it has been reported that Nambiar is in talks with Kareena Kapoor.

"We will make an official announcement since we are still in talks for it," he added.


Nambiar's new romantic comedy Kuku Mathur Ki Jhand Ho Gayi hit theatres in India on Friday. For the film, which he produced, the filmmaker has collaborated with Ekta Kapoor.


Being directed by newcomer Aman Sachdeva, the film features former Miss India Simran Kaur and newcomer Siddharth Gupta in leading roles.


"Aman [director] is a good friend of mine. I had the idea about the film for a long time. But it couldn't work out. When I met Aman and shared the idea with him, he quickly made the film. Ekta [Kapoor] also got convinced with the storyline," he said.

Jacki and Esha are older than Deepika and not even started their career properly so I doubt they will be anything more than eye candies in couple of movies.

Alia,Shraddha,Parineeti are the next batch of actresses I guess.

Oh boy, if it's her then very idiotic on her part. If it's her PR then she needs to hire someone way better b/c they constantly make her look bad. I wonder how much control she has over her PR if they let her goof-ups be published all the time. I get that she doesn't always filter herself but that's why she hired a PR...to make her look good, not foolish.

Either way, I'm pretty sure she was confirmed for this role like awhile back. Hopefully it's not a PR stunt to generate more hype.
