Deepika doesn't want to say something that will hurt anyone, she is an outsider and it has taken her 6 years to get to the top.

She speaks positively about everyone and deepika doesn't want to tamper on the status she has made by saying something juicy.

I mean look at how much flak sonam and kareena get for speaking their mind.

I think Deepika was being honest tho by saying that being herself is part of how she has gotten to the top, because she hasn't really changed in personality for the 6 years she has been in the industry

She has always been like this nothing knew, she wants to portray an image of herself in her head but her actions doesn't go with her comments.

Ex: When she said during KWK "she has never been in a date it's not in our culture"😆

She could have simply said Yes or No.

I think the only time she was herself was during KWK season 3, she was bitchy and spoke her heart, which there's nothing wrong...and if there's a question she's not comfortable answering just say NO comment, you don't have to add like it's not in our culture, bla bla bla and wants her fans to believe her. That's when she looks fake.

I don't get it, how did she say the wrong thing?

She said she is being herself right.?...so dont we all know how she "really" is. IMO her answer was spot-on.

lol Deepika and being honest 😆 ask her about fashion and she would say 'Just be yourself' ask her about acting she would say 'Just be yourself' ask her about being a superstar and she will say 'Just be yourself'... she actually lacks communication skills and needs to work on her vocabulary...

Am sorry but Deepika added nothing valuable to this interview. She looked pretty but she was such a waste on the interview. Even the girl in the orange blazer..who I wanted to hear more from..said nothing and at one point she even agrees with Deepika. 😳

The other one in the white top..had interesting thing to say..but she let Karan do all the talking.

Karan as much as I hate this guy..he was the only good part from this interview. I love how he challenged Deepika's be yourself comment.His thoughts on what makes a star might be superficial but he's right. Looks matter a lot in Bollywood. Acting alone doesn't get you anywhere.

Don't understand why They picked DP to come this interview. Maybe she was the only who was available to meet. Just because she's the current no. 1 doesn't mean she needed to be on the episode. I think Priynaka, Vidya or Kangana would have been much better. Even Kareena would have added more spunk to the interview than DP. Kangana and Vidya are not really superstars..so I understand why they weren't on the interview..but Priyanak and Kareena are superstars and they would have been much better than Deepika. Both of them would have added more interesting thoughts on what makes a superstar..esp since both of them have been superstars longer than Deepika has.

I don't think she's delusional and I don't think she's stupid. But some people make her out to be this smart woman and she is not. Intelligent people have strong opinions on subjects..but she just sits there and says nothing..when she does say something you go..that made no sense...and sometimes she doesn't even answer the question correctly.

exactly either she's totally blank or she talks nonsense.. but yeah she makes such a serious face while answering the questions so as to look smart.. i mean come on.. i find that silly..

And the expression she had on her face when Karan said she is a superstar because she's pretty. She totally didn't like that. 😆
