Not delusional, but fake, ideal, and diplomatic. These perfect answers sound good in theory, but are very very far from reality sadly, especially in an industry like BW...no wonder Karan called her out on it too.

Anyways, I doubt many top stars will want to highlight the "not so positive" things they had to do to make it to the top...as in being manipulative, sucking up, casting couch, etc.

Young, smart, focused, cunning, ambitious, hard-working, sticking with the right allies, diplomatic in public, most likely catty in private.

The above description probably applies to every successful (box-office-wise) actress in BW.

So that's not delusional, IMO. DP IS being herself. 😉
