LoL!!!
I am an NRI but i dont do any of these things. I love street food in india specially from small street stalls and i dont get sick as well even though i live in delhi 😊

But with my kids , the only 2 things i do is bottled water and mosquito repellent and nothing else - even though they are born and brought up in UK but still when they go to india they are as indian as their cousins and love to have all the street food, play cricket and watch chhota bheem 😊

Nope. I am an NRI and none of it is true for me. I love India and all of its quirks. I say screw bottled water. There is something so liberating in being able to eat paani puri in the streets or breathing in polluted atmosphere. I love it all but I can't say the same for my sister. She succumbs to all of the stereotypes. *sigh* NRIs

Disagree. Our whining is the equivalent of us going to the rich part of town and hearing spoilt rich white girls talk about first world problems to them. Annoying on both counts. And I am pretty sure everyone says sup dawg. At least from where I'm from. Barack obama probably says it too.

i live in the rich part of town. I have lived in Uk and not in USA but sup dawg seems to be too ghetto. If you say its everywhere then you get benefit of the doubt as you are living there.

But honestly no livestock on roads and clean environment is not luxury. Its should be mandatory. Its really really unsafe. Everybody just accepts it and drive around them, but that doesn't solve the problem.

😆

Not an NRI. Fully Indian in India. Never mind that while on vacation, I have had some of the worst bug bites in Florida, allergies in Houston, a really really bad stomach infection in London, or that the water from the cooler in Animal Kingdom (Disneyworld) smells so badly, that I prefer the stench in Dharavi!😆

What really really amuses me is the NRI's wanting boiled water for a bath and for brushing teeth "What if a bit of tap water goes down the throat and we get a bad tummy?", is the reason! oh the horrors! lol

My mum pretends its boiled and keeps it aside in a patila. They are happy. They go back without stomach issues. My mum is happy too that there was no wastage of LPG. AND that she made fools out of them! 😃

Traffic.. overtaking and not following central line or any lines at all..when it comes busy junction.. 🤔
I just try to figure out who the hell is going where.. B4 i figure out my driver goes.. and i m more confused.. where r u going in this battlefield? Then i just close my eyes.. and pray and everything turns out just fine. 😆

Dont try to sit behind wheels.. forget that u can drive. Let locals do their things. 😲
