Big B confirms Deepika & Irrfan for 'Piku' - Page 2

Balki's rather unusual and exciting film with Dhanush and Akshara starting work next month, TV serial shooting in progress and we hope that it comes on soon, Shoojit Sarkar's film 'Piku' with Deepika (Padukone) and Irrfan Khan, starting work by June-July, simultaneously starting preparations for 'Kaun Banega Crorepati (KBC)'".

"And in between 'KBC' to find days and time for Vidhu Vinod Chopra's production, with Farhan Akhtar. There are a few more that have been green signalled - an Abbas Mustan film, a Rumi Jafri film and a few more with other distinguished directors and two offers from overseas," he further posted.

Amitabh also has a desire to show his skills on the stage.

I have a Binani Cement shoot this week, then I fly off to Maldives to shoot for No-Corn Hawaii Chappal ad. As soon as I am back, it's Hajmola Churan. Next month, Reid and Taylor, followed by Kajrare Kajal, where I am joined by my son andbahu. Then a guest appearance in KJo's next film, then the next season of Crorepati, Balki's next film... (the list continues for the next 17 and a half minutes.)

So DP's confirmed projects are Window Seat and Piku and she is almost confirmed for Shuddhi and Bajirao Mastani (going by the articles and rumors). That's a really good line up 👍🏼

Oh ok! I haven't seen either of those films but they were really innovative going by the reviews. So hopefully, Piku will be somewhat innovative as well :-)

There was an article that I read last night saying that she opted out of the Excel film because of date issues. Don't know about Kabir's next.

Yes both his movies were highly critically acalimed. I also have a feeling that Piku would be a great movie. I am happy that she is not only focusing on commercial success, I don't know if Piku would be a blockbuster or not but it will be good for her career

I hope she's in kabir khan next, his movies are always good. If she do kabir next then 2015 can be like 2013. Or actually even better than 2013. Piku, WS, Kabir next, shuddhi all will release in 2015. Bajirao mastani most probably will release in 2016
