Anyway, despite what it may look like, I'm glad she's coming back. I just hope Ajay is not in the movie. That would be YUCK! He would hog all the limelight anyway like he did with U Me and Hum.

Agree with you cent percent. Actually I was always fine with whatever Kajol chose to do. For her times she experimented with Gupt/Dushman. Rejected a few roles but that was ok. She was satisfied with whatever she did and as a fan it was ok as you cant do it all. Plus she was happy with her personal life and was never ambitious. But recently I sense a desperation in her. And also seriousness wrt movies and wanting to comeback. But because she has always been associated with people like Dharma/YRF...she never built contacts elsewhere(never bothered to knowing her). Hence she cant even manage to bag a movie with Vishal or Ekta who do female oriented movies once in a while. Coming to this film...honestly I have no hopes. Which A list star will work with her? Actually I know SRK and Ajay will in the future once they accept their days as a young hero is over. But thats still a few years away.

You're not winning over anyone if you're insulting real people and using profanity. You're not going to get anyone to worship Kajol in that manner. It's just stupid.

KANK was one movie that would have benefitted a lot from Kajol. Rani was a poor choice. It didn't make sense to anyone why she would leave Abhishek because RAni/Abhi were famous for their chemistry in earlier movies. The audience gets used to all this.

The movie still wouldn't have worked though even with Kajol. Infidelity is not going to be celebrated by Indians, period.

Btw, I think SRK and Kajol ruined their pair with MNIK. Before that I used to love them. I was really looking forward to MNIK but I didn't even like them as a couple in that movie. It's like the chemistry had vanished. Maybe too many years had passed. I don't know. But it left no desire to see them again at least for me.

Same here...the pair did nothing for me in the movie. I wish KJo hadnt cast both of them in that movie. It didnt warrant a pair like theirs.

To the rest of you all...im really very very sorry. Its just that I have loved Kajol for the past 20 years and I love her a lot. She might not be "real" to some of you and some of you might think she can be attacked just because she is a celebrity and we cant attack "real" people like us in this forum but for me she is very much real and since I love her it is my duty to drag whoever is dragging her "unnecessarily". Yeah no Alister would agree to work with her now..Actually I dont have any hopes on her comeback vehicle being a B.O success even...For the same reason,I want her to give less importance to banner,costars etc this time and concentrate on script and direction like Sri did with EV,...AT this point I just want her to accept something out of box,gain critical acclaim and prove to her fans she still HAS it in her even now to nail the characters...want to see her back as a strong performer with spunk and energy...Not to sleepwalk through roles...I know such experiments are not succeeding(case in point Gulaabi gang,DI etc) but the fact Kajol was willing to push the envelope will gain her respect..Thats very important...She has had share of commercial success over the yrs...Now she herself know she lacks the star power..So she should not aim for B.O instead critical acclaim...Yes it would be quite a task for lazy Kajol to explore those genres of cinema,make new contacts etc 😆...Lets see she will make an effort this time or mess up...She has to work double hard this time cuz like Kareena once she did threw away substantial challenging roles that came to her out of moodswings,laziness etc
