Salman can't act?

Have you guys watched his early movies? Khamoshi, Baghi, Saajan, Sanam Bewafa, Patthar ke phool, and some others. He may not be the greatest actor, plus he has been doing commercial movies for the past few years, but dismissing him completely as an actor is not right. In fact, he acted better than SRK in Karan Arjun. Now, it's not his fault that people want him to do movies like Dabaang and Ready.

He can't act.

All he is now is stone...tight muscles.

But I know what you are saying...it's almost like we have two individuals in one body --- 90s and now. But even back then won't call him the greatest of actors.
