How do you judge an actor?

Ok am sorta curious here..How exactly do you judge an actor? I see that most of them here are dissed for their personal life more than anything else which is totally fine😆 But i do get the vibe that our hatred at times becomes so overpowering that we refuse to acknowledge the talent he/she possesses😆 For instance, RK seems to be one of the most hated celebs on this forum..Am not particularly fond of him..Infact am an SRK fan but i do believe he is a good actor with an awesome script sense..He might be a douchebag in real life but is that stopping us from appreciating his talent? I know its impossible to just evaluate an actor solely based on his talent cos you also end up judging them as a human at some point in time😆 But aren't they all peas in the same pod? I have been a silent reader of the Bolly gossip thread and am convinced they all are the same😆 I have become cynical about every actor out there..So i find it amusing when fans try to go one up on the other by commenting on an actor's personal life😕😆 The most amusing seems to be the Deepika-Kat fan wars..How is one better than the other? You say Deepika is a better actor, thats understandable..You say Kat has better screen presence..Even that is understandable..But when the s**t shamming starts, thats when i find it amusing cos they both are as good or as bad as eachother😆 So why exactly are we debating? Atleast SRK-Salman wars make a lil more sense cos you just have Box Office numbers being thrown around😆 So yeah, cutting the crap, i really wanna know how you evaluate an actor..Do you bash an RK or Deepika just to go one up on the other fan group or do you honestly hate them for their personal life? If its just acting, i have noticed that someone like Kat is criticized for everything apart from her acting..Same with RK and Deepika😆 If you are judging based on personal life, aren't they all the same? I don't find any one actor or actress better than the rest in this regard😕😆 So can someone care to explain this? Really sorry for the long rant though😆
