Loved the whole movie except the last fighting scene..but its passable!!

CE was a huge let down for me. Very disappointed. 😵

Okay...watched the movie. The last SRK's movie i watched and liked was Rab Ne Bana Di Jodi. After a long time I again liked and enjoyed a SRK movie.

Storywise nothing new..execution nothing extraordinary but there was NOT a single dull moment in the movie which is neccessary for an entertainer. The movie should not be taken seriously. It was just pure fun. Many dialogues were in tamil and sometimes without sutbtitles (Usually Hindi movies have the same amount of English dialogues...but for a change it was just another indian language). If people understood Tamil...those lines were very funny. Being a Tamilian i found the dialogues hilarious. Deepika's tamil was horrible...many a times she didn't finish her dialogues. But okay...her acting was very good and she looked absolutely gorgeous.

Few points I really liked and appreciate in the movie:

There were no dialogues with double meaning. Maybe...for the first time Deepika was fully covered up in pretty Half-Saarees/Saarees.

No kissing no vulgarity. Not a single scene that would make you feel uncomfortable when you watch the movie with your family.

The sceneries of Tamil Nadu were captured beautifully. So fresh!

Titli was so beautiful...the picturization of the song was just too good.

If you put the logic aside and don't go with expectation...you'll enjoy the movie!

I wished there was one more final scene i.e SRK meeting his grandmother and friends, His marriage with Meenamma, whether she ends up kicking him on their fist night 😆

Ok so just saw the movie and well it was ok,a typical Rohit Shetty film.Good for a timepass but not that entertaining and is very predictable at places,DP was good and well SRK was usual at his own comfortable space.Songs are okish.

Ok here are my two cents now...😊

CE is one cute ,njoyable paisa vasool ride..😎..As a commercial product, CE offers exactly what you think of...and the humour is xactly d family audience types...I am really not going to go over the story or plot as it has been discussed already...😛

Plus-The comedy...d neat and clean comedy in fact...and d performances sp Shahrukh's...(even though i went to watch d movie for my DP.)..i really underestimated his comic timing...👍🏼
Minus-Only d tamil dialogues...i was not able to get a single line...really Tamil is d toughest lang i think...😆..
And i dint feel irritated by d last action scene...it was so 90's types...awww...luved it...😳

Performances-

Shahrukh was awesome as Rahul...i felt he was the show stealer of d movie...hahahaha all his antics in d train was hillarious...be it singing or maroing style to impress DP...i luved him more in d 2nd half though in those mature scenes...👏
Deepika was adorable...hahaha sm1 rightly said she made dat thick accenet attractive...hahaha...her tum ati and tum jati was too good...and she looked stunning in each and every scene...

Sp mention...i adoreddd Dadu...he was shooo shweeettt...he died at 99 wen Sachin got out at 99...awww...😆

The hysteria in the theatre was review enough. Kolkatans just luuuv Shahrukh u knw...😃

Its a nice 2 hour time-pass watch that one would enjoy regardless. Go for it if u still havent...👍🏼
