first of all i want to mention... Madhuri was the first leading lady in HAHK featuring her name first in the credit even though there was Salman...after Madhuri its definitely Deepika featuring her name first in the credit with SRK featuring in the film...a well deserved honour for both the actress...and its womens power...

coming to my review

seriously rohit should try his hand in a hard core romantic movie...i was taken by surprised that he made such a beautiful love story b/w Rahul and Meena...i had tears in the climax...it moved me...whenever rohit directs...there is no romantic love story...its always the action and comedy...in this movie...he really did justice with the love story knowing SRK's best...which is none other than romance...when its SRK...romance will be top notch for sure...and he did not disappoint at all...

the other factor is the screen space for the leading lady...Golmaal Series...Rimi Sen and Kareena did not have much space and even in Bol Bachchan...Asin did not have much screen space so does Kajal Agarwal in Singham...but in CE...Deepika's screen space is equal to SRK...i have to give a round applause for rohit's direction...the man does know the pulse of his audience...

i am always a fan of rohit's movies except for Golmaal 3...with CE...he did not disappoint me at all...there was never a dull moment in the movie...the pace was very good...and thank god the length of the film is just nice unlike YJHD which was too long...though yes i love YJHD too but i will give the 1st position to CE...

SRK...what can i say abt this man...he is truly a gem of an actor...he was so cute and adorable...as usual so charming and stole my heart away...when RA one and JTHJ happened...i felt that he is loosing his touch...and i dislike both films but with CE...he is back with a bang...in Rahul's word i would like to say "Do Not Underestimate The Power Of SRK"...what a perfect comic timing...what a perfect expressions...he was so hilarious...seriously SRK made my stomach ache with laughing...i still can't get over his hilarious act in CE...i read many comments of SRK being OTT...i don't think so...the character he is playing requires that amount of energy and SRK was totally into his character...

i saw a thread saying instead of SRK...what if Salman does CE...i would like to say that Rahul is made for only SRK...Salman is good with his one liners and perfect comic timing...most of Salman's movies are comedies...he have done more comedies in his 21 yrs career rather than romance and action and he is good in comedies...but if Salman does CE...i don't think i would have been able to connect with Rahul...SRK has his own style of doing comedies and Salman has his own style of doing comedies...but both the KHANS are good in comedies...comedy is all abt whether you have it in you or not...KHANS holds a master degree in comedies...the current generations of actors needs to learn perfect comic timing...one liners and natural comic acts from SRK... Salman and Akshay...the current generation of actors sucks in comedies and it look so forced...

Deepika...she was amazing in the film...she look so beautiful in CE than in YJHD...all her sarees were beautiful...one could see that Deepika really worked very hard in her accent...Deepika's accent was so hilarious...comedy is a very difficult genre for any actress...and Deepika in real life is shy and reserved...i was surprised to witness her perfect comic timing...she made me laugh so much...most of the actress fails in comedy genre...but Deepika shines in comedy genre...its easy to make one fall in love...its easy to fight...its easy to cry...but its not easy to make people laugh...at last for me Deepika has won the VERSATILE title from me...now i am in a fixed to choose which character of Deepika i like the best in 2012-2013...Party Girl Veronica from Cocktail...Naina Talwar from Yeh Jaawani Hai Deewani or Meenalochini from Chennai Express...Deepika has improved leaps and bounds in the acting field...her expressions...her perfect comic timing...her emotional scenes...her accent...everything was too good in the film...i love SRK but i will have to be honest here that Deepika overshadow SRK in certain scenes...first Ranbir and now SRK...Deepika is here to stay...what i love abt Deepika is that she easily gets comfortable with her character and the transition from one character to another is awesome from a party girl veronica to shy and reserved naina and now to hilarious...confident and loud meenalochini...she shines in her character...

i loved OSO...but to be honest Farah did not explored much of SRK-Deepika chemistry though they have awesome chemistry...thanx to rohit...he explore SRK-Deepika chemistry to the deepest...they look beautiful together...i have no words to define their chemistry...with the current generation of actress...SRK looks the best with Deepika...the other reason apart from the comedy that made me hook is SRK-Deepika sizzling chemistry on-screen

DDLJ scenes re-visited in the first half of train scenes and the climax...SRK-Kajol is class apart...no couple can even dare to replace their chemistry but SRK-Deepika looked awesome in those scenes too...if this scenes is done by other actors and couples...i would have been pissed off...since its revisited by SRK himself...i have no complaints at all...DDLJ was intense and passionate while CE version was hilarious...cute and adorable...and both feature SRK...it was awesome...

beautiful cinematography of South India...

regarding tamil dialogues...i am not a south indian...i am a north indian...but i understand tamil...all thanks to my guardian who took care of me in my childhood due to my parents professional commitments...they are south indian...they taught me tamil...i could speak and understand too...so the dialogues were not difficult for me to understand...
