i need to boast

i lost 22kgs in 7 months or so..!! Only Rujuta is the reason for that.

A friend suggested Kareena Kapoor's dietician - laughed it off - oh BS!!

Followed it and BOOM 😆

However, I was asking about the ebooks for the last two books she have written. I remember reading the first one and I don't know where I left it and want to read it again..Let's see if I can find it or else I have to buy it from amazon...

i heard somewhere tht if u eat right ur body automatically adjusts to its optimal weight (by losing or gaining weight)...

so yeah...ur body apparently knows everything...just feed it good stuff and u wont look like a golgappa or a chusa hua aam...😆
