Having a dejavu moment.

People had problems with Kangna's accent too.

She speaks well though without grammatical mistakes unlike Shahid.

Yep..esp..when she says to Said..."just go maan"..."it changed...it has.."...she has a thick accent...but anywys...deepika fans cominf after me..runs for life...it is kinda akward...and Katrinas anglesised hindi is still cuute...

And in DBH, he was supposed to be someone who grew up in the UK. 😆😆😆 A lot of effort he put in to attempt any kind of UK accent. 😆😆😆

We all know Sr AB and SRK speak really good English/hindi and no one judges them for their accent.

Why should we anyway?

Again, I call that her accent. And going from the video I posted, she pronounces her words fine but with her accent. I am guessing Aussie and Kiwi accents would considered incorrect pronunciations as well by you, as well as American since you said American English is a changed language.

And by the way I can point to changes in pronunciations over time as well. The biggest example is the pronunciation of 't.' What used to be correct and proper is not pronounced as such anymore.

Either way, I maintain...it's her accent. I have no further intention of repeating this over and over. So I am done with this.

It is a Konkani-English story set in Goa..Deepika is a Konkani herself..

Deepika on Finding Fanny Fernandes: "Homi narrated the film to me while we were shooting Cocktail & I could see how excited he was about making a film like that. I don't think he expected me to turn around and say that I wanted to do it. However, somewhere I saw the excitement and saw that he can do something beautiful with this film. For Homi and I creatively I think it'll be a great and satisfying experience to be a part of this film. It's a very small budget film, I don't know if we'll release it as a mainstream commercial film."
