There is a pay difference because of their star powers...the more the starpower ...the bigger the pay...Why is everyone cribbing about pay difference between actors and actresses...How many of you went and watched Heroine...which was ten times better than ETT, RR and BG and Ready and RA-one...How do u expect kareena to be paid 25 cr...when she doesn't bring as many audience to the theaters as a Salman does...The day people will start watching women oriented movies...the pay of women will automatically go up...BW is not a freaking Govt. job...where men and women are getting the same pay...Bollywood is business...they are not social workers and samaj sudharaks...they pay more to the people who are better for their business...Before crying out for the injustice being meted out to the women...lets do our part first 🤔

I agree BI, that's why I said People like Vidy, Kareena, Deepika deserve more than at least Shahid Kapoor and John Abraham..and even Abhiskek Bachchan. That's where sexism comes in, sadly.
