They get paid for the work they do, and to expect a pay cut just because she spends HER money on surgeries is silly. Many people spend the money they earn on drugs,alcohols, cigarettes etc.- they're all considered bad things and do ruin or at least effect people's lives in a negative way but does that mean everyone's pay should be cut despite how great they might be at the work they do? I don't think so...that's not what anyone is paid for. If they do their job well, they deserve a good pay...regardless of whether they get surgeries done, do drugs, smoke or drink.
