NO NO AND NO!! Katrina is a very hard working dancer for sure and may be one of the few good ones from the current lot but a dancing queen? No, faaar from it. How many dance styles has she even attempted yet? Not many at all!!! And she has ZERO expressions on her face, kahan ki dancing queen?! Dancing queens are the likes of Madhuri Dixit and Sridevi and Katrina is NO WHERE close to them. To even put her in the same "dancing queen" category as Madz or Sri is blasphemy, she has a looong way to go before she can be considered even remotely close to them. Bollywood mein dance and no expressions is a major put off and not a sign of a dancing queen. And she hasn't even shown us yet how comfortable she is with many other dance forms, abhi se dancing queen?? What a joke.

Look at my Madz dance- she's so graceful, so effortless, so natural and her amazing expressions. She looks totally into it and thoroughly enjoying the dance, you don't want to ever look away from her. She is a dancing queen! It may be unfair to compare Katrina to Madhuri but it's even more unfair to put her in the same category as Madz- a dancing queen?! Kat has a really long way to go before she can be considered that, at least for me!

I don't think she's a natural dancer. The grace and femininity that heroines like Madhuri had before isn't there today whether its Katrina or even Kareena.

I don't think we saw the same video...I think her steps very very direct and it did look inappropriate. She was moving her chest up and down!! How much more suggestive can you get?

Katrina completely blew me away with Shelia & Ishq Shava... I couldn't believe she could move like that... She must have worked really hard on it

Dancing Queen? If that was the case, she'd have grace, expressions, the nazakat to be a dancing queen. But she lacks in all. Madhuri Dixit had everything, the expressions, the dancing, the whole package and even Sridevi was good. Both of these actresses made their popular songs look realistic but Katrina seems as if she's trying too hard.

I don't think there is any use in comparing Katrina with Madhuri!

What Madhuri could do, Katrina can't.

What Katrina can do, Madhuri can't.

Their time periods are different. Madhuri is old now, her time has passed. This is Katrina's time.

For the ppl who witnessed Madhuri's era, they may declare her as the dancing queen. But, keep in mind, today's new generation may not have seen it and for them, it's Katrina as the dancing diva (if not the Queen).

One thing I'd give to Kat is that she does work very hard and has improved immensely in the dancing department, even if she is miles behind in the acting one.
