Top Bollywood producer and director Aditya Chopra is to divorce from his wife of 5 years.

Aditya and Payal's marriage has been on the rocks for a while, since his affair with actress Rani Mukherji, was spread all over the gossip columns.

Rani has most definitely been seeing Aditya as Aditya has been seen glued to her all over the place. Rani Mukherji and Aditya Chopra have known each other ever since they were children, with Rani always being first choice for any film that comes out of the Yash Chopra camp. Recently she has been seen in Veer-Zaara and Bunty Aur Babli. Rani has also been signed to star in Aditya's next directorial, a film which will also star Abhishek Bachchan.

Rani has always been in the news and the list of her affairs is as long as a piece of string. But her most reported affair has to be with top comedy actor Govinda.

Govinda finished his affair with Rani Mukherji after his daughter Narmada tried to kill herself, worried that her Papa was about to split up with her Mum. Govinda however has always denied having any relationship with Rani other than of a good friend. He stated that this was just a rumour started by opposition parties to hurt his political life.

But his relationship with Rani was not only rumoured but witnessed too. Neighbours in the area of Versova were witnesses to marathon sessions between Govinda and Rani, while it is a fact that Govinda's wife Sunita moved out of the family when news of Rani and Govinda's duel flat residence came to light.

It may sound unusual but Rani is the Queen of gossips in Bollywood, with reported affairs ranging from Aamir Khan to Shaad Ali, and Anil Kapoor to Abhishek Bachchan.
