In India,people love to blame the rape victim. Just imagine if she does something like this,her condition will become even more worst and pathetic. Suddenly the rapist will get all the sympathy and the rape victim's life will become a hell.
I don't think this is the solution specially in a place like India where injustice to women is growing day by day.

If the victim cannot do it the authorities should take the responsibility of a proper punishment.
