in fact this year they have been better

lets appreciate where due

irfan khan winning says something

at least filmfare played fair with the best actor/ actress awards

i think they were a joke in 2009/2010 times

btw can any one tell me who won filmfare best actress these years? vidya won for screen so who won in 2009 and 2010 as there were hardly any performances that year- kajol for MNIK? what about 2009? a year of least good performances

Actually Mahi Gill in DEV D was superb

but they only gave her critics award coz she was new and barely known despite Dev D was a success

it has become a tradition now so nothing new...this year atleast it was better considering the fact dat sum deserving ones got the awards..

yeah rambo there were some good performances like hers in Dev D

but who won filmfare best actress 2009?

i need to google it- can't think of any name who won that year- totally was out of touch with bollywood that time

I dont know though if Richa Chada should have got the Critics Award for best actress in FF. Wasnt she nominated in the supporting category? So can a supporting actress win the best actress award for the same role in another category?

Of course they are till date Salman has won best actor everywhere except iifa and filmfare and he has deserved them
