I know it very well but you need to learn it for sure.

If IF do not take actions against this topic(meaning banning such acts) then IF can be hold responsible for this act.

You give no damn because you don't like katrina but wake up this is not about katrina this is about non-celebrities being harassed. Katrina's family are being harassed it's like if you were harassed by this freak then what would you have done? would you be supporting the acts too?
