How did you get in the business?
I started out selling po*n videos back in the day when it was illegal to buy hardcore of any kind. With the money I earned I invested in equipment that took me into the business doing amateur gonzo loops within 2 years of starting which I sold alongside my other titles from the boot of my car. I stopped all this when I was raided in 1999 and since then I've been constantly evolving into the producer I am known as today.

What do you like best about the business?
po*ns been good to me. I've met some very interesting people and it has given me independence to do what I want when I want. I call my own shots and rarely answer to anyone….I like that….Oh and the beautiful girls. What would this business be like without them? A constant stream of pretty girls..now thats a good reason right there in itself.

what dont you like about the business?
The sharks when it comes to business. Some models bad attitudes towards their work and lack of passion or professionalism for that they do. Thankfully I havent experienced this much in my career The fact there is not enough solidarity and that the biggest bitches in this business are usually men with beefs or who are jealous and try to put out negative information on you. Thankfully I know a lot of people who can dispel such things like this against me but its still a pain..and how society frowns at you for what you do, like filming people f**king is such an immoral or bad thing.

If you had one bit of advice to give to newbies starting out what would it be?
To a girl I would say dont do anything you dont want to do unless you are ready and want to do it as you will have to live with the consequences of your actions later. To guys I say: Learn to relax, play with the girl a little. Never take your dick out unless you mean to use it.

Does your work affect your relationships?
Not one little bit. I can f**k a girl on a shoot and really enjoy it and then put it down to a nice experience and just move on. Theres no emotional involvment and wanting to have more. I'm not needy like that. This business would do your head in if you were that way inclined towards every girl you meet.

Funniest thing thats happened on a shoot?
It was a boy/girl anal scene and the guy was pounding away like a jack hammer at this girls arse (I'm deliberately not mentioning their names here) and watery shit was shooting out of her arse like bullets and I'm dreading having to tell her but its something I cant use because…well you just wouldnt would you? Then I gesture them to stop as the girl doesnt speak a word of english and she looks back to see shit all streaked on the floor…The look of horror on her face was priceless. I had to give her a hug and tell her it was ok. It was alright. All in a days work man.

Another funny moment was with Layla Jade years ago shootin on a train and a cit gent complete in pin striped suit and bowler hat was reading The Financial Times when i approached him and asked: Excuse me sir, I'd like to film a po*n scene here, do you mind?
"No of course not. Go ahead " He said all matter of factly. But then I've got plenty of stories like that. Some of them involving the police too but maybe we wont go there right now.

Do you get a stiffy while working with the naked ladies?
If and when I do, I know that I'm getting a great scene but generally I can be quite detached when a great scene is in motion I tend to obsess more about capturing the right angles that I dont really get that turned on…Camera work can be quite hard on you…but yeah I occasionally do, especially if the girl is particulalrly flirty and touches you in a certain way and in some cases you can just fancy a girl because…hey she's sexy and you'd be dead not to recognise this.

What was the first content you ever produced ?
A 3 way with an alcoholic 50 year old woman and two balding middle aged guys. I remember it very well as if it happened right now. It was also the first time I was horrified that a guy put another guys dick into a womans pussy. Given the relatively cheap cost of equipment nowadays such as Camera's & editing facilities, can anyone become a producer ?
For sure,but what seperates the men from the boys is the ability to string a film togther that is interesting. The ability to shoot, light, edit and make an interesting or in some cases a not so interesting scene watchable and entertaining. Right now this business is filled to the brim with people who are producing gonzo scenes but there love is really in the f**king and not the craft of making a good scene. A lot of people in this industry hate editing. I think this is the only time you get to fashion your efforts into anything that is at least interesting. The editor is God in the chain of command as far as I'm concerned. Ive seen bad editing of a potentially good scene ruin products more than bad lighting and shaky camera work.

What makes you think your productions are any good?
I'm a huge fan of reality po*n so there is a rough and rugged like documentary style approach i take to get an honest performance from my models. I look at every scene i edit and think to myself "Would I buy this?" Thing is there are always certain things outside of your control that makes you feel a bit dissatisfied but when you are dealing with real people you have to put your own inclinations and wants aside. I can generally feel good about a scene as I'm shooting it then feel a bit short changed by the outcome but I think the true answer to that would come from a customer. I get a lot of positive feed back so therefore it reinforces that I must be doing something right

Whats the best tip you can give to make decent movies and/or pictures?
Assuming he knows how to film and compose a decent still the most important thing is making sure his performers are relaxed. Too many people come into this business assuming because this is what they do for a living that they can turn a hot scene on with constant interfering and stopping and starting from the film maker. This is wrong…Oh yeah and to remain focussed on what you are doing because you could miss a thing or two if you get distracted. Directing a scene is tough as most guys cant take direction as they can't do it in this position or can't cum from that so i would say if you have anything in mind to block it out before they get into it as once they start it wont be so easy to get your ideas and wants across.

Who is the best new talent coming through you know?
I would have to flip a coin on it because the two girls I admire the most for professionalism is Sahara Knite and Lolly Badcock. Lolly would make a brilliant producer of po*n if she got into this. I like sahara a lot too because she has done some great work with me.

Ever had sex with one of your models?
Yes loads of times. Not so much these days…But when i do its always on camera….Well thats a lie right there. I've had a few girlfriends in this industry so far but not as much as you'd think….I guess thats a big fat yes then

If she isnt already, would you let your partner do po*n?
I knew my latest girlfriend from working in the industry several years already and when we got together it didnt bother me one little bit. theres a difference between sex and love but I'll admit I'm not doing cartwheels at the thought of another man f**king her but then I hardly think she gets turned on at the idea of me shagging other girls either. We have a strict only on camera as long as its paid thing going on and we feel safe within the confines of that rule.

If your wife does po*n, how does that affect your bedroom life?
None at all really. I think we are quite conservative in our sex life. Not what you would expect. No tthat we do it in the bed with the curtains closed and the lights off mind….Well we tend to favour the bed though for convenience.

To empower your performers. Make them feel in charge. Wind them up and let them loose. Never get between a dog and his bone.
