His solo hits are tere naam and Maine pyar kyun kiya

While all the other major hits like Mujhse shaadi karogi, Partner and No Entry had him as leads. And he was in prime time compared to Govinda who made his comeback with Partner and Bhagaam bhag while Anil Kapoors time as hero was gone in 2000 after pukar. As for Mujhse Shaadi karogi, he was in the trailer mostly. It was Salmans hairstyle that became a rage after the film not Akshays

Salman films always got big opening but later was rejected for poor wom or either if film has Salman dying. No film has proven to be a hit with him dying

I really don't know how to explain his magical phase at BO. Salman deserves credit for this phenomenal BO run because it's his name that does the trick irrespective of the content of the movies

no idea..maybe people are just too stressed out with their lives that such masala movies where you leave your brain at home just help many? lol...otherwise, this is beyond me too.

LOL I loved Wanted ETT and Dabangg Series but other 2 were ok. I am saying they were not better or worse than SEL or Kyunki but those flopped and theses became record breakers .
