Bollywood actor Salman Khan is reigning in box office for the past couple of years. His clout in the Hindi film industry is unmistakable.

Salman always has the support of peoples who have been his pals for years. His reputation as a loyal friend precedes him. He looks out for friends who have been with him through his tough times.

Far from the lonely man image that is often painted of Salman Khan, the actor has a mini-world that revolves around him.

Here's a look into Salman Khan's own world that is populated by his closest friends, family members and industry loyalists.

Katrina Kaif: Katrina not only became Salman Khan's on screen heroine, but also his real-life love/friend. When her debut film 'Boom' bombed, she was written off but for Salman Khan's timely intervention. She is now the leading lady of Bollywood, thanks to Salman.

Sonakshi Sinha: Back when Sonakshi was a chubby teenager, Salman saw the heroine in her and helped her lose oodles of weight. Sonakshi debuted with 'Dabangg' opposite Salman and she became an overnight success story. She is also a part of 'Dabangg 2', Salman's biggest film ever.

Bipasha Basu: Post her break-up with John Abraham, she is Salman Khan's new girl in tinsel town. The star rewarded her by making her the brand ambassador for Sohail Khan's cricket team. Bipsha is often spotted on family functions and festivals.

Sohail Khan (brother): When Sohail debuted as a director in 1997, he chose Salman Khan to star in his film. He co-starred with his brother in films like 'Maine Pyaar Kyun Kiya', 'Veer' and 'Main Aur Mrs Khanna'. Now Salman is yet again on board in Sohail's next film 'Raadhe'.

Arbaaz Khan (brother): Despite an impressive debut in 'Daraar', brother Arbaaz's career didn't quite take off as expected. Salman Khan of course came to his rescue with 'Dabangg'. Arbaaz turned producer and the film went on to knock off box office records like a pack of cards. He debuted as director with 'Dabangg 2'.

Malaika Arora Khan (sister-in-law): Arbaaz Khan's wife Malaika is known for her item dances in Bollywood. She turned producer with husband Arbaaz and pumped in money for 'Dabangg' which gave her rich dividend. She has now decided to perform on item songs only for her home production.

Alvira (sister): She became his primary costume designer. And if rumours are to be believed, Alvira will soon start their first flagship store for Being Human - Salman's charity organisation. She also doubled up as a co-producer for 'Bodyguard'.

Atul Agnihotri (brother-in-law): After a failed acting career, Atul took up the director's cap and roped in Salman Khan for his films. Two flops ensued and Salman Khan goaded him to take up the producer's mantle. The result was 'Bodyguard'.

Pulkit Samrat: Not many know that he is dating a girl whom Salman Khan considers his sister.

Shera: He is the man who will gladly take a bullet for his boss. Salman Khan's bodyguard, Shera even made a brief appearance in the movie 'Bodyguard'.

Sajid-Wajid: This duo has made music for the star with memorable hits from films like 'Mujhse Shaadi Karoge', 'Wanted', 'Dabangg' and its sequel.

Himesh Reshammiya: Ever since Himesh gave Salman Khan one of his biggest musical hits with the song Odh Li Chunariya, Himesh never looked back. What followed were films that made Himesh what he is today.

Priyanka Chopra's state is still not clear. She was known as Shah Rukh Khan loyalist till their alleged affair story hit the stands. A lot has been written in the past about how Salman Khan & Priyanka Chopra were not the best of friends. Their last movie together was 'Salaam-e-Ishq'. Priyanka maintained a healthy friendship with Salman's sister Arpita.

But we never got to see Priyanka & Salman work together in any movie or even see them together at any of the Bollywood parties. But things seem to have changed now. The two were spotted together in wee hours. Salman and Priyanka also performed together during a Salman concert in Dubai.
