Really? I love his beard/stubble!

Its the HAIR that makes the difference.

Look how he looked in it earlier this year promoting Agent Vinod

Simi I liked him in Salaam Namaste and his pairing with Preity. Loved their KWK session too back then

Come on guys, Saif was 35 in Salaam Namaste. He cant look like that anymore, he's 42 now. Huge difference.
