What surprise me was that Sriram Raghavan, he's the BEST director for sure for directing a movie like ek hasina thi and Johnny Gaddar...than he does a movie Agent vinod as he's third movie. Similar thing with Madhur, he does Fashion, Page 3 and all these good movies and than he does heroineI think it's all about script sense. Kareena turns down movies that other actresses become a household name with. She turned down Kal ho na ho which made Preity become the biggest star ever, she wasn't as big before. Whenever Kareena turns down a movie, I already know that movie is going to be a sure shot hit and a great movie. She needs to hire someone that help her with script

The problem with agent vinod was, saif fiddled with the script, the direction and the cast. There was no need for kareena to be in that movie. Even sriram said this. you can see how the character of kareena looked forced in the movie.

It was a pretty sad to see kareena almost trip over while trying to sit to perform for dil muft hai. Imagine missing this on editing table.

When Heroine came to bebo, she was already feeling the heat from the critics, how she is playing second fiddle in movies with khans just to get hits. This really pissed her off. So the min heroine came back, she just grabbed it without even reading the script. Just Madhurs name was enough for her to take this project. Back of her mind, THE NATIONAL AWARD was also making rounds., should also add PC.

So yes, script does play a part here, but other things like insecurities and desperation also play major part in choosing wrong movies.

oh yeah I read that Saif forced Kareena's role into the movie. You should let the director do he's thing. I still like Saif though, not complaining

But Kareena can act. I loved her in Jab we met

also my fav movie of her and saif is Kurbaan...both have done great job with movie. I wonder why the movie didn't work at the BO

That's true. Everyone has ups and downs. The people who have seen only ups, there will be one day there going to be crashing down...I mean look at Preity, she use to have back to back hits and hits...hopefully everything works out for poor preity, plastic surgery messed her up

Kurbaan 😳

See the film had about 15 mins of romance, but I still loved it, coz it was high production values, gripping storyline and awesome acting!
