What exactly is obvious? What I see is a Kareena with some more weight in her early 20s, and now a slimmer Kareena in her 30s. Well take out the photoshop and all.

But you are not showing two comparative pics. One is when she's chubby and making that expression/face. The other is a photoshopped pic and one where she's posing at a great angle.

Leave it Wave it is pretty obvious!! Kareena is still fat however her jaw structure is completely different! Some people are just in denial!
