Am not a fan of him either. Only liked Ajab Prem and Wake Up sid. But only coz of the stories... He is so meh...

Both proved his acting capability but not belonging to different genre. From what we've seen of him so far is from Rom-Com, Political and Drama based genres. He isn't Emraan Hashmi who's done each type of role. Barfi again will limit his style. He also needs to prove himself as a heroic superstar too.

You mean Rocket Sing and Rockstar belong to the same category? I believe he can do any type of role. I dislike his off screen personality but there is no doubt that he could fit into any role. Regarding to prove himself as heroic superstar, it will take time and he is relatively new comer. Don't compare him with Khans.

I am not but look at Hrithik Roshan, when he debuted, He was already there. From Ajay Devgn, Salman Khan, Aamir Khan, SRK & Akshay Kumar - these guys proved that within 3-4 years of their debut that they can carry a heroic role despite being young.

Clearly why does Salman case need to be involved in here. I just don't like him mainly coz he tries too hard. He did do justice to his roles in few movies but I found Rockstar, Raajneeti (not the movie), Saawariya and most his movies overrated. Why do you always seek for a reason to argue? I don't like a specific. My opinion. Infact a subjective matter.

Nah. Not at all. Movie just managed to get Semi-Hit. Which too coz of all the hype around it. And being an Imtiaz Ali film. That movie didn't prove his heroic image. Still pretty much a lover boy with a lot of drama

Rockstar was a weak script... had no sense at all... I was highly dissapointed by it... n RK was just OK in my eyes...he was mostly screaming with a guitar in hand...dats all...I couldnt connect to his pain or sorrow at all.

The guy in Udaan can act better than him... even thugh he is younger than RK
