you guys know that Hrithik can't even speak hindi properly...he reads dialogue in hinglish style...the style in which we are writing and hindi words are written...kaho naa pyaar hai, he reads like this 😲

But Romanization of scrips are not uncommon, and probably is even the norm. And it's not just today's generations, from what I know it's been the case from long back because of Urdu/Hindi, and because of many people behind the scenes who were not fluent in Hindustani.

yeah that's true but he's able to read to devanagari, I know this for a fact.

But that's not uncommon as someone said, although with him this could be a genetic trait, as his niece can't read or write in Hindi either

not uncommon but its not good...one should be able to atleast read and write the mother tongue (national language wrong word) Hindi. no matter what.

Yup... he was my crush...but he got married to tht bhootni barkha bisht...till the time i contacted him on FB...i found him super rude and mean...mostly bengalis have this attitude...but they are nice at heart.

I can't read or write in Hindi either. always feel like an illiterate when in Mumbai, thank God for English
