Isn't it rather early to make this decision? One week b e f o r e the theatrical release... it doesn't 'smell' good to me (the proceeding).

Anyways, they also should try for some US filmfestivals... and they need to give the important background-informations... (imo) - lots of lobbying to do, lots of money to invest... I think, the decision makers bet on the Scorsese-involvement... well, we'll see.
