Most people would say she can't act and to an extent, I agree with them cuz sometimes her voice and dialogue delivery really annoys me...I remember once telling my mom I would love to see Sonam in old silent movies (the Greta Garbo times) lol. I really liked her in Saawariya, Delhi-6, Aisha and Mausam...esp. Saawariya and Delhi-6. Nevertheless, I don't care if she can act or not..I've never really liked actors based on if they act or not...I could give the example of Abhishek, the majority think he is a lazy actor and I wouldn't disagree with them...but I would go to the cinema to watch his movies...while some 'great' or 'popular' actors bore the heck out of me...and wouldn't find myself excited about them. I find something different in Sonam and I'm always curious as to what kind of role she will take up next...though I want her to work on her dialogue delivery...

Objectively: Don't give a damn!

I really really really disagree her so it's hard to say anything nice about her--other than she's a good dresser!

But her fashion sense won't take her far as an actress, but then pretty, talentless actresses have succeeded in the past and Sonam might be one of them. OR she might actually mature as an actress--have no clue!

Sonam has great beauty and classical looks..she carries off cotumes so beautifully...there is nothing ordinary about her.'Film makers just need to give her the right role ,direction and present her with all her strengths..She will make an everlasting impact...

I guess I understand all the fawning over Anushka,Sonakshi,Asin etc..they are so ordinary..normal like all of us.They are not what celluloid dreams are made of..and will disappear soon..

Sonam if lucky,will get that film which will go on to become a classic and rest will be history...thats what I feel..
