I loved Emran's acting in OUATIM, Awarapan, Raaz 2 and Murder 2. Too bad he is underrated :( He is a great actor and he deserves to be in top 10!😊

I like Emraan Hashmi actually...

the media kinda chhaped him as a soft-po*n boy, what with that irritating "Serial Kisser" tag

but he's got so much potential. He's a great villain, loverboy, badass, he was even pretty good in the comedy in DTBHJ

I kinda agree with Maddy...

yes he is a gr8 actor and he definately needs to be under-rated so much...and for god sake he needs to be stopped being tagged as serial kisser and what not by the media...🤢

but I personally enjoy watching him onscreen and that what matters to me as a viewer!

He doesn't have A-list directors or studios backing him which is why he will never make it to the top 10. Vishesh and Balaji is all he has got for now. He is extremely limited too. He does well in negative roles and roles with gray shades but can never pull off a BAH or APKGK.

He's rated just about right. His hits are small films which recover their investments and then some. Some would call them safe films. Can he carry off a big budget movie on his shoulders. I would say no.

Among the current crop he's leagues behind Ranbir and Imran and well behind Shahid and Abhay too.

Totally agree. I think he's an all rounder, there really hasn't been a role he's tackled that he's done badly. Gangster, Awaarapaan, Raaz 2, Jannat, Once Upon a Time in Mumbai, DTBHJ and coming up Dirty Picture. That's a lot more versatility than we've seen from the likes of Shahid, Imran or John. And all of these movies have been hits, a better ratio per film that most of his peers.

What I like most about Emraan is that he does the movies he likes, regardless of what everyone else is doing or what the media says about him. He's put his head down and got on with it and he's getting better with each passing movie. Right now, I'm more excited for his upcoming releases than I am for just about every other star (barring Aamir). He's doing interesting work and that's all I ask from my movie stars. I'm rooting for him.

Emraan has done a variety of roles and continues to do them. But he lacks the looks or charisma to be a top star. But he can definitely be a part of the top 10. He has definitely done better work than Abhishek, John or Vivek Oberoi.
