Watched it!! The movie was nothing extraordinary still likeable!

It lacked a tight script..wasnt flawless or as good as Jha's last venture-Raajneeti
Biggest Plus-the perfomance by the cast ! excellent 👏..AB is the screen stealer yet another time

I dont why the hell this movie was banned? i didnt find any stuff controversial..The movie was aiming to convey a good message and Jha was successful in his task..It was a good debate that presented the views of both sides fairly-ie the ones who are those underpriveleged students who see reservation as their right(cuz they are exploited and neglected in the society for many reasons) and those who are well qualified but miss out their chances due to this reservation system/other scholarships..As a viewer we would agree with AB's stance cuz that is the most rational and reasonable view on this whole issue..the movie also explores the other inefficiencies of our education system ..The first half had the right pace but the second half gets randomised and preachy at many spots

Perfomace wise as I said AB is top notch cuz his character is so well written and he is like the main protogonist who leads from the front..Saif was wonderful in the first half 👏 but he was thoroughly sidelined in the second half 😡..Prateik was a let down..Deepika well she didnt have much to do in the entire movie but was good in some scenes..Manoj Bajpayee went a little overboard this time but was convincing enough

All in all a good movie which will make you think and a mature take on the whole resrvation issue :=)

many of akki's films used to pull the same stunts with the PR gross collections with blue, KI, de dhana dhan and khatta meetha.. nothing new!

they are making it sound like the film's hit, i doubt it can break-even! 😕

I wudn't say it was awesome but it was good...i liked it. Saif & prateik weren't there most of the time but they performed well. Manoj bajpaee was terrific. Surprise package was deepika for me...she keeps on improving with every movie she does. This was her best performance till date. Amitabh-Deepika make such a lovable father-daughter pair...they were awesome together.

Not highly recommended or anything but a good 1 time watch =)

I watched it yesterday. It was a good movie with good intentions, to bring up this topic, but it tired me out. I felt SOO bad for amitabh and his family in the middle, like I wanted to kick Manoj bajpai in the face!
Amitabh was solid, he was the best part. Deepika and Saif were nice but Saif like disappeared in the middle. Pratiek was okay, he was better in Dhobi ghaat.
Overall good movie, but kiind of loong.

Edit: Ohh forgot to add in the sweetest moment, as there were few because it was intense. I liked Deepika's hug with Amitabh. I liked her acting sooo much there
