Since when is Aish more popular than kareena and PC...ref to the first post made on this topic. Aish might be known more internationally...but in bollywood she is not more popular than bebo and PC.

Before marriage also, 2003-2005 - all movies either flopped or were just average...

An Actress with such Talent and Only 1 BlockBuster in whole career, i guess Box Office result has effected her career, coz of which movie offers came in low numbers.

It's well known that Aishwarya Rai is a good actress when directors (like SLB) are able to extract a good performance out of her.

I don't know how many scripts she gets or what kind of scripts she gets but I don't think they're 'low in numbers' as you put it, Aishwarya's has a crappy script sense.

Also Bollywoods not really known for having women over 30 shine career wise. The fact that Aishwarya Rai is still getting offers at 37 is quite a feat (or atleast I think it is). I don't know what will happen to her career after the birth of her baby, most mothers (Kajol, Madhuri, Karishma) have all I suppose you can say retired? According to news circulating Aishwarya still plans on doing movies next years, lets see how she does.

Again bad script sense. Will Smith has offered her like what .. 3 projects? Which all went on to be quite successful. I don't know why she chooses to do such crappy movies.

Aishwarya Rai to do a film next year

For those wondering if Aishwarya Rai Bachchan will continue doing films post her delivery, there's good news: she will! The actress has already signed a film. Shooting begins mid-2012. Viacom 18 is producing the film (along with Amitabh Bachchan's next and Abhishek's Players).

Vikram Malhotra, speaking on behalf of the production house, confirms, "We've signed Aishwarya for a film that starts late 2012. We've discussed a couple of exciting script ideas that she has liked. She has committed to doing the film next year. She will be consulted for the final subject of the film."
