Oh Well.... Whether she is a pretty face or not.... Whether she can act or not.... Its very subjective and a matter of perception...

Sustaining long in the industry isn't a biggie anymore.. even Tusshar kapoor is around.. even abhishek bachchan is doing movies.. people with contacts can keep on getting movies.. well i see a lot of debate about either katrina's acting or Aishwarya's acting.. what sucks about Ash is that she has worked with the best of the best.. but still is very inconsistent.. she is one of the weakest commercial actress.. even after being around in the industry for this long.. she doesn't have the basic spontaneity or power to give a decent performance.. all i can say is what a waste what a waste of time, energy and resources.😆. and I am out.. will give a chance to others to voice their opinions.. :)

Oh well... Sustaining on top is different than just being around...When was the last time Tusshar and AB were the sought after actors for a role... One is just struck in the 'ooo aaaa uuuu' roles and the other is stuck in the same Dus....Game...Players.. rut...

^^ But those actresses aren't criticized as much for their acting.. they have been accepted as actresses.. but with ash we are still stuck with she can't act rants.. even after years..

Coming to Ash She has been in the top 5 for a long time... That cant be said abt the rest of them with the so called 'talent' who were on top and then were written off... 😉

And criticise ka kya hai... Everyone need something to pick on.... Today Kareena has calmed down but people still criticise her for her past arrogance... Today PC might have changed but people still pick on her ...Today Rani might have changed but people still pick on her sati savitri image she was portraying before...Same with Kat...DP...Sonam... and same with Ash too... Some reason is needed to pick and criticise and it just stays on....

Its just that when someone is looking at someone they like they have the rosetinted glasses on and when they are looking at someone they dont like those glasses are off and a kaala tinted glass is on.😊

I agree Maddy - you see what you want to see. There are plenty of pages on the web that praise her acting to the skies.And there are plenty that bemoan her acting skills. The fans see and beleive only the former and the others make sure to read only the latter. So to each group what they prefer to read is the gospel truth. A neutral voice will be drowned out by both groups. Its the same for all things in life - not just Aishwarya or Bollywood.
