Shahid defends Priyanka

Shahid Kapoor has had enough of nonsense. Now, no more. The actor is in no mood to pay heed to what is written about his equation with Priyanka Chopra.

Recently, Shahid celebrated his birthdays sans Priyanka's presence; various sections of the press have gone out to announce the cracks in Priyanka-Shahid love affair, which according to the actor bears no truth.

Talking about the recent media reports, Shahid says, "Whatever is written about me in the press lately bears no relation with fact. I know, as a public figure one cannot escape such stories, but it has crossed all limits now. I wonder how to deal with this. Now, I have decided to just ignore such reporting and take it with a pinch of salt."

Shahid Kapoor has also comes clean on Priyanka's absence from his birthday bash. He adds, "I don't know why the media is making such a crisis out of this fact. Everyone knows that Priyanka is out of the country so obviously her coming was not expected."

At the moment Shahid is gung ho about his upcoming film MAUSAM, which to him is one of his best films till date.

exactly media they have nothing else to do. I mean many people who are not even stars do not necessarily have to show up. They could be busy(even when they are a couple). Now were they married it may would seem odd on such an occassion. Though we have no idea on these two has neither as said on their status.
