Career Longevity: How did some get away with it?

😕 Sometimes we wonder how the worst actors/actresses managed to be in Bollywood for so many years! How did they sustain career longevity? Despite not having any talent and just displaying mediocre acting, they still managed to sustain themselves. Some perfect examples are Celina Jaitley (yes, she still gets movies!), Diya Mizra, Lara Dutta (even though she was good in some movies, she has managed to be around for almost a decade), Jimmy Shergill (what is so special about him?), John Abraham, Arjun Rampal, and so many others!

Are these people incredibly smart, shrewd, or were just lucky?

Please share your thoughts on this! 😆

Well John is a hot guy and he proved it in Dostana, his acting is good could be better, I think Arjun has improved rapidly and look he has won a National Award (which IMO he shouldn't have won) Lara is good as well, Diya I think she is a good actress she's just unlucky that most of her films have flopped

John has always been known to be sexy, same with Arjun! I still find their acting very mediocre in most of their films! Lara is not good, very average in her acting! She always comes in lame comedies like No Entry, Housefull, etc. Diya may have had some talent, but her movies did not display her acting that well! And another one is Amisha Patel, she is pathetic and still manages to get some offers even after a decade in film! 😆😆😆

Well I don't know about others, but Arjun pleasures SRK in various ways, hence year after year he receives awards and films.

I do not consider John a hot guy at all 😳 don't know what people see in him that I am unable to see. Arjun is good looking and is a decent actor. But yeah, I agree with that person who said that it is because of SRK he keeps getting films. 😆

Amisha is almost gone & so is Diya. Though Diya can act decently she is nothing great. Neither is Lara. It is people like Akshay and Sajid Khan that give her roles. 😕
