This has always intrigued me.. i have always thought that some of our actresses come across as very fake and wannabish.. when they play city-centric and urban roles... they just come across as if they are trying too hard.. very few are natural at it.. so who comes across as the most natural in these types of roles.. i am excluding katrina from he poll coz being half gori she has an advatage over others.. i wanted to know who among our desi girls..who comes across as the most natural in urban roles.

^^ Urban as in city centric... like when indian actresses play the roles of NRIs... or they play a character which hails from south bombay or other metropolitans.. like deepika in LAK.. or bebo in K3G..

Yeah am not sure either. Am on ruky's side lol. See isn't what they play and say on screen giving to them by the director. I know like for bebo in k3g ppl use to say that's not how urban girls act. But that was the character that Karan johar written for her. Sorry am making things hard lol

Priyanka and Deepika.
Priyanka has done well in films like Aitraaz and Dostana,AA etc as an urban girl

character of rural & middle class girls are rare this days. you should have asked who plays rural girl really well?

i liked Amrita Rao as a rural un-educated girl in the movie Welcome To Sajjanpur.😊

One thing am sure about though..it's not Aish and Priyanka! Priyanka in AA anyone? And Aish...like are u checking me out lol. I don't even know if Aish was an urban role...but I just can't forget that line! 😵

I feel ashamed when ever specially priyaka does urban roles she creates the most offensive stereotypes of urban girls, and same goes for kareena she should just drop urban girls because she can't do them and also aishwarya.

From this list I will choose Preity she is ok in urban girls compared to the others in this list.
