the movie is really doing well in ny all the shows are booked.

Bad reviews aside, I'm going to watch the movie with my 2 sisters tomorrow.

PH was very average actually below average, liked akshay, he acted well, i hated anushka!!! she is just herself in every movie, she does not seem to understand her character or the script!!! i mean i loved her in BBB, but i did not like her in this movie!!!

Though he started off with a bang with the Shahrukh Khan starrer KAL HO NA HO, Nikhil Advani had couple of back-to-back disappointments in SALAAM-E-ISHQ and CHANDNI CHOWK TO CHINA. Now after more than seven years, Nikhil Advani is smiling again with PATIALA HOUSE turning out to be redemption of sorts.

"Do you know that Akshay announced his next with me within 12 hours of the release of CHANDNI CHOWK TO CHINA", says Nikhil who has also worked with other top actors like Salman Khan, Saif Ali Khan and Priyanka Chopra in the past, "When many would have questioned his decision then, now they can see what was so special about PATIALA HOUSE that he came on board immediately."

With gratitude in his tone, Nikhil is elated about the fact that he didn't let Akshay down with PATIALA HOUSE.

"Today the same people are saying that this is Akshay's finest performance in years. From the low that we saw in CHANDNI CHOWK TO CHINA, this is one big high to have your work stand out as one of the best ever in someone's career", he smiles.


"While the positive reviews are always most welcome, the ones that I cherish most are the comments which have come from Akshay's wife and sister", he continues, "They are his biggest critics and if they are saying that the film is good, it is a rewarding for sure."

Well Nikhil, hope audience continues similar sentiments in the coming days well!

thankgod the movie FLOPPED....akki u suck and anushka ... if u wanna continue doing such films for such big stars then pack ur bags and leave the industry.....dont torture us plz

I actually started to watch all three movies and couldn't sit through all of them, had to stop all of them before my mind exploded, but I do like some of the songs, not of PH but of Dabbang. Like tere mast mast do nain, etc., Bollywood is producing alot of garbage these days and they are trying to run their movies solely based on the music and hyped promos, and to some extent it does work. The last movie that I actually liked was Ishqiya. Oh, I watched dhobi ghat as well, couldn't make it through that one either, it also goes in the maha bakwaas territory. Amir looks like an amateur smoker, he's trying too hard to look like a normal chain smoker, but he looks soo funny, like some kid smoking fake cigarettes.
