This show isn't going to follow the track of the movie........it will be a much more domesticated version with family drama🥱 But yes, JWM was unique in its own right and trying to cash in on its past success won't be as profitable

Ok DD sucks. Lol sorry Geet fans. The existence of Geet is a violation of the Universal Declaration of Human Rights.

Punjabi is not synonymous to over the top, loud, constipated expressions, which is what Dhrashti does. I have my own reasons for loathing Geet....no mother, doctor, about - to - be - mother, children should watch such a sexually frustrated show.

Whatever one says about ekta.. the lady had an eye for talent... her characters and actors used to stay in mind...Neha bamb and iqbal khan(the way he was in the beginning of KYPH.. when his physique was sleek.. he wasn't overweight.. and neither his built was heavy.. he looked very boyish in the beginning of the series..).. or maybe Hiten tejwani and Gauri pradhan.. (they are pathetic now.. but they were so fresh during kutumb days.. they had awesome chemistry..)...and the pair of prem and mukti was also very cute.. i don't watch indian shows these days so i don't know who is who.. in the infamous couples now a days.. but this geet.. sucks.. Kareena kapoor as geet forever man.. she was fantastic.. and shasha was cute too.

There is nothing on Indian TV since past 2yrs now, Suku. So, you aren't missing out anything. Indian TV sucks big time @ this stage. Except for 1 or 2 shows. I like CID..its hilarious. Lolz. And Aadalat. But thank god, Roadies started. I finally have a regular weekend show. But I def. like foreign TV more now. Like not the shows but u know channels like AXN, Discovery, Nat Geo. And on Indian TV probably NDTV goodtimes and TLC.

Ekta period was surely a golden period on TV. Now, it's not even bronze 🤔

I've only seen the promos since the show doesn't start till next week here..but the girl's voice is quite annoying..

JWM is a classic and Kareena and Shahid were perfect for their roles..don't think this is a very good idea.

As for Ekta, whatever might have happened to her shows by the end of it, compared to today's batch of shows, hers are Emmy-worthy. Atleast in her shows, the actors knew how to act. Now it's a miracle if they even know the a of acting forget the ACT in acting.

The only TV production house who makes quality shows is YRF.
