Maybe Kajol had her own reasons for not inviting Rani to her wedding. I always thought that Kajol must know some dirt about Rani if she dislikes her so much..it seems like much more than sibling rivalry to me. I know Kajol isn't the friendliest person on the planet but Rani is family..and family isn't left out of a wedding unless there's some major issues..

Yes. The video says that Rani's dad and Kajol's dad are brothers.

But they are not brothers, they are cousins. So Rani & Kajol are 2nd cousins.

Kajol's and Rani's grandfathers were brothers, so they are in fact second cousins..

You are right.

Ram Mukherjee (Rani's Dad) is Shomu Mukherjee's (Kajol's Dad) cousin. Sharbani (the girl who played Suneil Shetty's wife in Border) is Kajol's first cousin. Rani is second cousin.
