Madhur Bhandarkar's Heroine though has had to be put on hold for now. "I'd still love to do Heroine but I can't shoot for it this year. I'm already doing four films that I'd committed to much earlier," she points out.

kareena is mad , she has signed golmal and ra one and has no time for films like dhruv and heroine..

kareena is just wasting her talent..

she should learn something from VIDYA BALAN..

It sounded like a great project.

I would love to see Kareena do more performance oriented roles - but I think she feels insecure because the likes of Katrina and Deepika will get all the commercial appeal.

But she does need to balance it out.

^Exactly, balance. Something which Kareena seems to know nothing about. Honestly, if this girl is fine with letting go of a film like Heroine for a film like Golmaal - 😕. She already as 4 hugely commercial films next year. Why is she so hesitant about doing a film purely for the artistic aspect of it?

Oh well, her choice. But she's already lost my respect. Now I'll know not to expect too much from her in the future.

I think she's stable in her career where she can afford one flop film even if it's critical acclaim...come on Kareena....she doesn't have to be insecure...how many actresses have 2 +100 crores films!!!

That sucks because this most likely would have been a critical role for her career, much like Corporate for Bipasha and Fashion for Priyanka....she should start fitting in these types of roles again just to, you know, emphasize the "act" in acting

like Black for Rani or Fashion for Priyanka

Oh, I am somewhat ecstatic to know the project is shelved, because Madhur is nothing but a pseudo intellectual director that sells utter shit in the name of "realism". I have never been interested in his work.....because his research, content, subject seems highly pretentious and superficial. Now, Dhruv may still be on the cards, and if she can trust the subject, the director, the content of the film, then she should give a nod to it.

She will make it thru this year. Yea, I am not gaga over the films she'll be doing but I do not think she's done just yet. She may just surprise us.
