I'm the most gullible person around. I'm an emotional fool and the worst in judging people. I don't stand a chance.
How would you describe your director Rohan Sippy's style?
Rohan manages to tap the spirit of the youth. Look at the music of the film, it has such energy. Bluffmaster is not conventional, yet it's commercial.
The general consensus is that you share better on-screen chemistry with Abhishek Bachchan than Akshay Kumar?
I can't pick and say I look the best with this or that actor. I'm proud that I share good chemistry with all my heroes. I'm glad Abhishek and I are looking good.
There are rumours that Abhishek and you are seeing each other?
We were never seeing each other. I guess, people just can't imagine single people of the opposite sex as friends. Abhishek is a great co-star and I really respect him. I like hanging out with him, that's all.
Why are you and Aishwarya Rai playing musical chairs?
(Laughs) It's not like I go around telling people I want her roles. Let's be realistic. Nobody is indispensable in this industry. If someone doesn't have the dates then someone else will be asked to do the role. It's happened with me too. So there's no big deal.
How are things between you and Ash?
I called her up when I learnt she was initially supposed to act in Bluffmaster. But for some reason, I couldn't get through.
Lara Dutta and you are paired again in Dharmesh Darshan's film.
I'm really looking forward to working with Lara again. Do you know we play sisters in the film?
Any tips for Lara since she's a notch behind you in Bollywood?
Who am I to give her tips? She looks fantastic, is a wonderful dancer and really good at acting. She's very talented. I respect her because she's an incredible human being. She really helped me during Miss India.
