@Smarie pants and Zareena - Oh so these kinda games r imp not the feeling of Indian? Majority of Indians r happy there is no Pakistani player playing in IPL , yes that's true SRK didn't care abt Indian feeling, only his fans across border ( many actors do so ) SRK wanted them ok, well don't wanna comment again and again why he himself didn't choose but later on was telling others that they shld been choosen , he mentioned, even that's fine but while saying this, he my father was frm Pakistan, I never get this why he mentioned so. why srk all the time need to mention his father was frm Pakistan? What he wants to prove? or indirectly he is saying he is pakistani? Crores of ppl r frm Pakistan came to india during independence so is in Pakistan. Here he himself invites controversies to himself. Even before one time he said there is no pak no india, what the heck , then where he lives, in the sky?????? Why our soldiers die everyday on border, at that time no sena said anything to him . anyways but is it the responsibility to make peace only to one nation? Never heard SRK telling neighbour nation saying sports can make peace , stop attacking blah blah blah ok he can speak to only Indians as its his own country but why hurting sentiments yaar, he said my daughter said do we have to leave india now ( something like this ) does he tweet everything his daughter says? This comment cld be avoid but no he told the world what his daughter feels abt india. he never said a word after 26/11( here is the problem) never condemn anyone abt this, Yes Zareena no attacking on AB bcz whenever there is a need he speaks for india and against others if not atleast at dont praise others when his own country face attacks regularly and he never says he is related to pakistan to prove how much he loves them. U mentioned aman ki aasha , so yah he is just promoting love between two countries without hurting any sentiment. Whats wrong in it? Many others like javed akhatar, gulzar do so, Being in their own country just say there shld be aman . those ppl will listen to them who r interested whose wont who r not.

Well tried to explain earlier too but I guess I cant argue with blind fans. Bcz in aman ki aasha support and trying to show his country in bad light r different thing for me ( only if u have got why I m opposing SRK, only bcz of this reason), for me this controversy is invited by him.

My same question like for the 100th time. Why only target Srk?? He isn't supporting Aman ki Asha. If India hates pakistan so much, what was the need to invite them for IPL Auction? He always mention his father is from Pakistan and so his family. Why, there is nothing to be ashamed of. He can say 100 billion time, he is talking about his father not someone's.

I don't know why is this controvery going further. PCB has already banned pakistani player going IPL in future years. If Amitabh can support pakistan and isn't question, and if Music director can give work to pakistani singer and aren't being questioned or asked for apology then why all fingers on Srk?

Oh so we are blind fans? Just because we're picking on Amitabh and other Indian artist who support Pakistani Artists?

There is always a proper way to deal with a situation and there are laws and procedures set for everything in society. Saying that Srk had it coming and he brought this on himself just doesn't work for me. If people are that pissed off about Srk then they can show their disapproval in many ways. I personally didn't see any common man protesting against Srk's views or coming on roads and making a big tamasha.. cauz frankly people have other things to do. Common junta understands that Srk is just an actor and his opinions and stances should not be a subject for everyday national debate. Bottom line is that Srk is just an entertainer who exercised his fundamental right of freedom of speech and didn't do anything unlawful. I don't think that anyone has the right to stop his movie cauz if they do then that would be a huge mockery of political system and a fundamental rights which are the basic pillar of any society and are way above personal opinions and biases.

^^OK...firstly, im not a blind fan, heck me not even a fan....i jus happen to support srk in this controversy because he has done nothing wrong. SRK is trying to bridge the specific discomfort and tension between the two nations which is why he says no india no pak promoting unity...Whats wrong if he says his dad is from pakistan.?? Isnt that a gr8 gesture that an Indian superstar, a man who is such a prominent figure in india says tht his father is from Pakistan? Isnt that a gr8 indication of unity between the two countries ? That everyone is the same and there shouldnt be prejudices regarding nation and relegion? And when he talks about his daughter, it is to indicate the sad state of affairs which he has to face just because he says a few good things about pakistan....

You cant just label people blind fans just because they don't agree with you! I think people are smart enough to know whats right and wrong. Thats all I'm not even gnna argue with your above points cuz that's so last week. I just want people to look forward to the movie and forget the whole controversy issue and try to observe the message the movie is trying to convey. 😊

I agree with you cinema goer - I'm more bothered about people's security in Mumbai - srk is safe and Mannat also --- but the fans and the public who want to go to theater are treatened - it's not normal -Indi'as democracy that's serious --- SS has just proved so far that India is a weak country....... A country which can't handle interior affairs isn't a secure country whose citizen can"t rely on....

I am worried about MNIK and Srk? This isn't about a movie or a superstar. This is about politician stopping a movie over a statement. IF SS had guts then fight with Srk, why take anger on movie. SS will never try to kill anyone or else he knows what kind of trouble can he get into. He will loose more votes.

So you are worried about the country? How? Say Srk is responsible isn't going to make the country secure. Srk said a statement and his movie is being stopped isn't going to make country safe. Today SS doing this and is successfull, tomorrow he would do even more worse. Oh yeah Amitabh is Amitabh he can support anyone, being link with anyone and still be respected in people's eye and be India's Hero.

I still trying to understand, what bad Srk said that the controversy is against his movie and house security. If indians really felt anger toward Srk, how come even a single indian came out and said Srk you were wrong, how dare you? I only see SS. People all over facebook, Twitter(Iammumbai..Something like that) has huge support to Srk. I can see your anger as you always disliked Srk.
