Did you guys even read AB's blog? He is not supporting Thackery at all. He mentioned on his blog that Bal wanted to see Rann and talked about their relationship. This was the day before SS started threatening SRK. But of course the corrupt media did not mention any of this in their reporting.

Jaya said she would speak in Hindi since it is the national language and SS got upset because they feel Marathi is the language to be spoken in Mumbai. They attacked movies theatres and beat up non-Marathi speaking immigrants which is why AB apologized several days later to quell the violence. And just because AB apologized, he is an spineless coward with no SELF-RESPECT? *rolls eyes*

And as for SRK, why do I have a feeling this is another of his publicity gimmicks to boost MNIK? This narcissist piece of work really knows how to use the media to make himself a 'victim' and a 'hero'. Like he didn't garner enough attention last year when he made such a big deal for his detention at the Newark Airport hoping to garner sympathy and ofcourse use the incident as a publicity stunt to promote MNIK but instead it all backfired and he literally became the laughing stock in the West. Ha like that crapfest MNIK even has a chance at the Oscars 🤢

And that Salman is another opportunist who is trying to get on the good side of the media to attract some SRK fans to flock in the cinemas to see his flop Veer. Like why is he trying to invite more controversies given his criminal track record? so I do find his 'open support' very conniving at this point considering last year he condemned SRK for making a big deal out his detention last year and now he is being nice to him all of sudden? This man is totally suffering from bipolar disorder.

Thank you very much for giving a name to this stand..appreciate it. Just like you used your fundamental right of freedom of speech and spoke and defended AB and Jaya, and completely trashed and made allegations towards SRK and his stand for his constitutional right in to a gimmick. That is the exact thing many members have done..they have used their voice and spoken against AB and his apology. So no need to start preaching us about AB.

BTW, for your information..the SS have been threatening SRK for the time since he made the statement and ABs blog piece was written on the 1st FEB...by that time threats and posters were already being torned, and they were calling SRK and Aamir the 2 idiots.

Regarding Jaya's issue, I'll like to say I was wholely on her side, coz at the end of the day Hindi is India's national language. But her comment was completely uncalled for, she made that comment at Drona's music premiere where it was not necessary. She wasn't in a Samajwadi party conference was she?? If I remember correctly, she stated something along the lines of 'Hum UP ke log hai, isiliye hum Hindi main baat karna chahenge..Maharashtra ke log hamain maaf karde..' Was that dig really necessary? Did someone question her regarding the Hindi-Marathi thing? No.. She could have just spoken in Hindi and nothing would have happened..and why did she find the need to drag the UP thing in? Hindi is a national language, majorly spoken in every state of India, not just in UP. And it wasn't SS, it was the MNS party..if I remember correctly. Anyhow that was her right and she said what she thought was right; it was their prerogative and they apologised. My views are slightly different, but oh well to each their own...

Before you ask about why SRK mentioned the Pak players, if he knew something like this might happen..I'll clear that as well..he was asked a question during India questions on NDTV by a member of the public about Pak players and IPL and he answered to that. If you think its all publicity gimmick, thats good for you. I am not going to defend SRK. Everybody is entitled to their opinions, as are you.

Again everybody has a right to form their own opinion regarding any matter, so whats wrong if Salman supports SRK? He's always been an outspoken person, whatever the matter was.. he has always been very vocal of his opinions. He thought the SRK detention thing was slightly over, so he condemned it..and he thinks SRK is doing right by standing his ground so he is supporting it. Different situations results in difference in opinions, whether they're your well known friend or foe. I don't think that him being supportive is going to help Veer in anyway. Audiences are smart enough to make their own decisions.

I'll just reply to your second post here too.. Please do not call people names just because their thoughts and opinions differ from that of yours. That is what the SS are doing currently and that is the issue that people have taken a stand against.. differences in opinion should lead to progress and discussions..not voilence like Gandhi said.

A Gandhian principle for the SS:
Victory attained by voilence is tantamount to a defeat, for it is momentary..

oh please! Salman or Aamir doesn't care about Srk fans😆 They say what they feel. They've known Srk from the first day he entered Bollywood. i don't see what benefit will it do to Aamir and Salman? Because rest of Srk 'friends' are mum about it. Salman previously praised MNIK and did called KJO to congrats him.

Shah Rukh Khan's fans protest against Shiv Sena in Kolkata

Kolkata, Feb 5: Members of the Shah Rukh Khan Fan Club gathered in ample numbers to stage a protest against the Shiv Sena party in Kolkata on Friday.

Holding placards with the words condemning Shiv Sena, the Fan Club members raised slogans against it for the outburst against their idol, Shah Rukh Khan.

It may be recalled that Shah Rukh Khan has been targeted by the party, ever since he voiced his suggestion that Pakistani players ought to have been considered by the teams in the ensuing edition of Indian Premier League (IPL) cricket tournament.

The fans of Shah Rukh Khan, popularly known as SRK, staged this protest-demo outside Menaka, the theatre in South Kolkata, which will screen his upcoming film 'My name is Khan'.

Speaking to media persons, Rinav Das, a member of the Fan Club, said that Shiv Sena was trying to trying to damage the popularity of SRK by branding him as a traitor since he spoke in favour of inclusion of Pakistan cricketers in the IPL Twenty20 tournament.

"For the last couple of years Shiv Sena has treated Shah Rukh as a traitor. He is a person, who has given so much to the film industry, in fact to the whole humanity. And this Shiv Sena who (which) just needs issues, they have done it with cricketers, they have done it with other film actors and now their target is Shah Rukh Khan because he is number one," Das said.

"I can bet you for sure that this is just for sheer popularity, and he will be number one and no community can bring any difference to make us. We understand that he has done nothing wrong," he added. (ANI)

I was seeing a new program in India today about thi news & a number of people had 1 question- 'Why SRK himself didn't bid for any players from Pakistan?' They felt SRK was being hypocritical by saying one thing & doing excatly another'.

Anyone knows why SRK never bid for any players from Pakistan?

Someone has answered that question in previous pages in the 40 th and sth pages...

I actually answered a similar question earlier, so I'll just reword it here. He actually stated that he wanted Abdul Razzak coz Dada wanted him, but he couldn't bid for him due to reasons that he didn't mention.
I can only harbour a guess here, but I think the reason is way deeper and political that you and I can even think. This is business after all and millions of money is involved. And at the end of the day, even his money is involved. But I do know that Wasim Akram is the mentor of his team.
