Ghajini a hit, Aamir still on promotion spree

Mumbai: Aamir Khan's latest, Ghajini is running to packed houses in India and abroad. But Mr Perfectionist is still doing all that he can to create more buzz about it.

On Saturday morning, the actor continued his promotional rounds and met his fans sporting the much talked about Ghajini look at a radio station in Mumbai.

"Liking the love story and the action. I am very with happy the response," says Aamir Khan.

And it's not just Ghajini that's bringing smiles to his face, his directorial debut Taare Zameen Par too continues to bring cheer-the film bagged the best film trophy at the V. Shantaram National Awards ceremony held on Friday evening in Mumbai.

And his young co-star Darsheel Safary beat the likes of Hrithik Roshan and Kamal Hasan to take him the best actor award.

"I was not there but I am very happy to have received the honour," said Aamir.

The actor also took the opportunity to wish his friend Salman Khan who celebrates his 43rd Birthday on Saturday.

"Many happy returns of the day and always be happy and be safe," he mentioned.

Well as of now, It seems to be all happy and gay.

Ghajini was an awesome movie. Way to go Aamir................I hope he gets all the awards.

but ghajini hype has definitely slowed down now, i guess people didn't lke the film

it was sooooooooooooooooooooo boring.people r going to watch it 'coz it is amir's movie just like i did but after watching it i thought 'i should've watched RNBDJ again rather than wasting my time and money on ghajini.it was same as TERAY NAAM,KIYONKI ...........nothing was diffrent and new same old concept .

If people didn't like Ghajini , it wouldn't be doing the smashing business that it is doing. So, it doesn't matter whether you love the film or hate the film , it is working for now. But if insisting that the film's buzz is doing down makes anyone happy , continue. heheheheh....isn't that what happened with RNBDJ? Even if Ghajini's business falls in the coming days , the film would have done exactly the business that it wanted to .....Ghaiini will still be a good grosser, hopefully.

SRK and Aamir definitely have one thing in common.... even their detractors contribute to their success by drawing attention to them.

^Right. What is great about Ghajini is that it is actually a well made film- a good masala entertainer with good acting...and not just some rubbish film with OTT acting just making money for reasons unknown!! LOL!!

Exactly. When a film does fabulous business it does mean that majority went to see it and loved it. Not doubts there. It doesn't matter if few people disliked it or consider it OTT😛. It is all about personal choice and also about knowing majority's pulse. Even if a director claims that he made the film for him still in reality it is for the audience and if you are truthful to your project, it clicks.

So Ghajini or OSO or TZP or JA all are loved by public. It doesn't matter what a few say😆.

Also another funny thing I read is this is one of those comedy films where you keep your mind at home. I mean do you really use your brain when you watch an action or romantic film?😕 Why does anyone want to work her brain while watching films? Is there a presentation after the film?
