Ghajini had been another of Aamir’s renditions of a very original (in more than one sense) foreign movies… just because there is the same director remaking the own Tamil adaptation isn’t a promotional advantage -in my thinking…

… but boosting the Aamir-Salman friendship may work (also in more than one way - at least for Aamir…)
