 The reigning Bollywood queen Katrina Kaif is glad to be paired opposite Ranbir Kapoor. Katrina, who is only 24, has never been casted opposite a younger actor until now. Rajkumar Santoshi has cast her opposite the Kapoor scion Ranbir in his upcoming film Ajab Prem Ki Ghazab Kahani and the actress is said to be thrilled by the idea of being paired with someone of her age.Katrina has given majority of hits with Akshay Kumar who is much elder to her in age even though he may not look like. We can't deny the Bollywood trend where old actors get to romance young actresses on screen. Heroines like Priyanka Chopra , Lara Dutta and Bipasha Basu have shared screen space with various older actors. Katrina is getting a whopping amount from several banners and is busy shooting for big production houses. She is promoting Nakshatra Diamond Jewellery as 'Goddess of Luck'. The actress has signed a two-film deal with UTV recently, one will be directed by Abbas-Mustan and the other is still in planning stages. Lucky indeed! |
